Sleepy Baby

Hi everyone! I can't believe its been a week since I posted. I cannot wait until school is out for summer. I will probably work most of the summer as we are moving to a new building but I still hope to get a lot of crafting done. This is a page that I made awhile ago for my neighbor's daughter, who was expecting. I am working on some baby ideas because one of my cousins is going to have a baby at the end of June so I am going to start working on an album for her. I just love this little sheep from the Paper Dolls cartridge. The stars are from George and the paper is bazzil bling and my mind's eye. Thanks for looking!

Card Using the New Color Cajun Craze

Hi all! I made this card using the new color that will be available in July called Cajun Craze. I used the Presto Patterns Specialty Designer Series paper. This paper is pretty neat. You can customize it with your brayer. I hope to make a video of it this weekend. Here is an upclose shot of the paper. I used chocolate chip ink with my brayer.

The sentiment is from Elements of Style. I used the tiny dots on the vanilla CS with my big shot. Thanks for looking! Have a super weekend!

Graduation Card Using Cherry Cobbler

Hi everyone! I made this quick card using Cherry Cobbler, the new color that will be added to the Rich Regals in July. I just love this color and I am excited for it to become available. I used Cherry Cobbler for the scallop and for the back of the card. I also used the Patterns Designer Series paper in Old Olive, Basic Black, and Whisper White. The ribbon is the 1 1/4" Striped Grosgrain Ribbon in black. The stamped image is from the set Go Graduate that is in the summer mini. Thanks for looking!

The Apple One More Time...

Okay I LOVE this apple from the Preserves cartridge. I went to a parent-teacher meeting at school tonight and wanted to make them a quick thank you note from my class. Since I had a few extra apples laying around I put one on a piece of cardstock from the DCWV Elementary Stack and layered it on SU chocolate chip. I used the new stamp set from SU called First Day. This set is so cute and I hope to do some other projects with it soon. So sorry the apple is a duplicate from my volunteer gift bags but since it was on hand, it made this card a snap. Thanks for looking!! :) Have a great night! I am off to watch LOST!

Cricut Apple Gift Bag Video Part 2

Hi everyone! Well the garage sale that I had is FINALLY over and I actually got to do some sewing today so I am happy. I am hoping to update my Project 365 and maybe make a couple of cards yet today. Here is the second part to my video. I did put a youtube button on the right side of my blog. Or you could also subscribe to me on youtube so that you will be notified of videos that way. I am still working on perfecting my video making! Ha! Who knows if that will ever happen. I appreciate all of the feedback I am getting from everyone. You all are wonderful. Have a super crafty week! (Only 21 days of school left and then I can really craft!! Yay!)

Cricut Apple Gift Bag Video

Hi everyone! I finally got the videos done for the apple gift bag. I tell you, I really struggle with the 10 minute time limit on youtube. I had to make the video into two parts! LOL! Part 1 is posted on youtube or you can click on it at the bottom of this post. I hope to have the second video on tomorrow sometime. I hope that you all have a nice weekend and get many crafts done. We are having a garage sale so I will probably not be in my craft room much at all. :( Well at least we only have about 4 weeks of school left which feels like an eternity for me and my students!
Have a nice weekend!

Whew! Finally Some Crafting!!

Hi everyone! I am a member of the Retired Teachers' Tea Committee at school so I have been doing obligation crafting (LOL, but you know what I mean) for school. Here is the card that I made for the retirees (only 25 more years til I can retire...sigh). Sorry about the hole punched in the corner but I have to save it in a binder. I used JOTS for the tea cup! I have had a lot of fun making stuff for the tea. But now that I am finally done making everything that I needed to make, I decided to do a scrapbook page of my cutey pie Cooper! He has more facial expressions of any dog! My husband and I just crack up at him.

Thanks so much for looking! Also now that I am all caught up on most crafting I am going to do a video of the volunteer bags sometime this week. Thanks for stopping in!
